If you're new to online shopping, or to Shorelines Store, the introduction to using the online store might prove useful.

 Clicking on ONLINE SHOPPING on my Website will take you into my On-line Shop.

• Clicking on the appropriate product category within the shop will show you the products in that section. Look for the design you are after then select, from the dropdown selection menu, the item you are after, set the quantity to the required amount and click "Add to basket".
• Repeat above process until you have completed shopping.
• To view what is in your basket click  or BASKET.  You can now see what is in your basket and amend quantities or delete items from your basket. If you want to buy another item click BACK and continue shopping.
• Click CHECKOUT to complete your sale and fill in your billing and shipping details to complete your purchase.
• Do not worry if you get called away from your PC, your basket contents are remembered for several days so you can always return to complete your order later on.
• Clicking on the "CHECKOUT" link at the top of the page will take you to a secure section where the information you provide is scrambled whilst travelling over the Internet. Your name and address details will be remembered in future to simplify and speed up subsequent store purchases.
• Standard P&P is £5.00 is added to all orders to all UK Orders to cover postage and packing. If you are buying cards only there is a lesser charge of £2.50 and if your order includes framed items of £35.95 and over there is a greater charge of £9 to cover the additional post and packaging costs. For overseas customers, P&P at airmail cost will be advised prior to despatching your order.
• Payment for UK customers can be by Visa, MasterCard and Switch whilst for overseas customers payment is by Credit Card only.
• You have to make a separate order for each of the products if you want them to go to different addresses - our software only handles one shipping address per order.
